Pratibha Tekkey is the Director of Community Organizing for C.C.S.R.O.C., where she has worked since 2008. She spent seven years as a union organizer with SEIU-UHW and one year with SEIU-Local 535. Before that, she spent two years as community organizer in Nepal for the United Nations. She earned a degree in social work from San Francisco State University.Email:
 Joseph Pena, Organizing Program Assistant

Joseph has been the Organizing Program Assistant at C.C.S.R.O.C. since 2014. Prior to that he spent four years as a C.C. S.R.O.C. volunteer. Other past work includes working at a bank in the Tenderloin and assisting residents with financial security as a small loan officer, and has had “specialized training” as a civilian on site for the U.S. Navy in the field of military high dollar recording devices or otherwise known as “black box”, cockpit video recorders for land, sea & air military applications electronic(s) in Silicon Valley for 15 years.

Clifford Gilmore, Lead Community Organizer, has been with C.C.S.R.O.C. since 2010. He is the former Executive Director of the Oakland Coalition of Congregations and was a candidate for Oakland City Council in 2008. He attended Merritt College and College of Alameda.Email:
Bryant de Venecia, Community Organizer

Bryant joined C.C.S.R.O.C. in the summer of 2017. He received valuable training as an organizer with the AiKea Movement of Hawaii for two years, fighting for affordable housing and getting engaged in youth organizing. Bryant was also involved in immigrant rights advocacy, LGBTQ+ community, the labor movement, and environmental conservation. He attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a degree in Political Science & Pre-Law. His native language is Filipino.
Lindsay Mulcahy, Community Organizer

Lindsay joined C.C.S.R.O.C. in the fall of 2017. She was first introduced to the Tenderloin community through a fellowship at Community Housing Partnership. Lindsay graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR with a B.A. in History and Hispanic Studies. Outside of work she organizes with Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) and volunteers at La Peña Cultural Center.

Rosa Maria Cavalho, CEOP – Program Manager

Rosa Maria Cavalho became the CEOP program Manager in 2016 being promoted from the Code Enforcement Outreach Program as a Community Organizer that she had joined in 2013. Prior to that, she worked on eviction defense and workers’ rights for California Rural Legal Assistance in Stockton and Modesto Central Valley offices. She also spent four years organizing low-wage service and medical center workers at University of California, Los Angles. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese and is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley.

Ana, Code Enforcement Outreach Program, Community Organizer. I was Leader at la Voz Latina Del Tenderloin from 2015-2016. I eventually joined the C.E.O.P. program in July 2016.
I graduated from San Francisco State University 2013. Outside work activities: I am a member of (P.R.O.S.A.C.) Park, Recreation and Open Space Advisory Committee representing district 6 & a proud mother of a beautiful girl.
